This project involved transforming a disused old bedroom into a bright and neutral environment for the purpose of a creative space. Since the building was relatively new, the walls and ceiling were already in good condition only requiring some preparation to bring them up to standard. The walls received three coats of brilliant white paint, while the woodwork was painted in a satin wood finish, also in brilliant white.

Instead of replacing the old carpets, a decision was made to retain the existing floor and give it a glossy white paint finish. This added considerably to the perceived dimensions of the room, also creating an impressive amount of extra natural illumination.

Lastly a new modern colmn radiator was fitted, olso in white.

As a result, the studio now boasts a fresh and luminous atmosphere, completely neutral in tone. This makes it an ideal space for a creative studio.
