Exterior Painting

This showcased project exemplifies the level of refinement achieved on this Victorian terraced house. The initial state of the property was considerably deteriorated, exhibiting flaky paint, substantial cracks, accumulated dirt, and mould.
To revitalize the appearance, the entire front portion underwent a thorough cleaning with a fungicidal wash in preparation for the forthcoming painting process. The windows were thoroughly cleaned, and the gutters were cleared of any obstructions. Additionally, all loose paint and render were meticulously removed and replaced to establish a sturdy foundation for the subsequent painting application.
The woodwork of the Victorian terraced house underwent a meticulous transformation. Gaps and imperfections were filled, followed by a thorough sanding process for a smooth texture. The woodwork was then primed and undercoated to establish a strong base, and finally, a glossy top coat was applied for a luxurious finish. This comprehensive treatment revitalized the woodwork, enhancing its appearance and ensuring long-lasting durability.
The masonry received two coats of exterior Dulux paint in a sophisticated shade of mid-toned grey, while the intricate mouldings were accentuated with a white hue, resulting in an elegant and timeless aesthetic.
